Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Specialist in our innovative Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Department! If you are passionate about emerging technologies and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, this role is tailor-made for you.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the Nordic regions, ensuring they receive top-notch support for our VR & AR products. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their experiences and addressing their inquiries with precision and care.


Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products, features, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Guide users through setup and installation processes to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Work closely with the VR & AR development teams to communicate customer insights and aid in issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to deliver accurate information to clients.
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine interest in technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a capable and friendly approach.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Willingness to learn about and stay updated on emerging VR & AR technologies.
