In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the Nordic regions, ensuring they receive top-notch support for our VR & AR products. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their experiences and addressing their inquiries with precision and care.


Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products, features, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Guide users through setup and installation processes to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Work closely with the VR & AR development teams to communicate customer insights and aid in issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to deliver accurate information to clients.
