Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in Nordic languages via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable support and professional advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with changes in digital marketing trends and tools.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and SEO solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to help others.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
