Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding smart home technology.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and best practices.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
