Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Fashion & Apparel Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing top-notch service to German-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products, order placements, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the company’s database.
  • Stay updated on product ranges, promotional offers, and latest fashion trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Promote a positive brand image and create an engaging customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and provide solutions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in fashion and a desire to assist customers in making informed choices.
