We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Bookstore Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about literature and enjoy assisting customers with their online shopping experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding inquiries about books, orders, and terms of service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their online orders, including tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to provide clients with accurate information about product availability and shipping timelines.
  • Inform customers about new releases, promotions, and special offers within the bookstore.
  • Collect feedback from customers to support continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
