Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding subscription services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription management, billing, and service offerings.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all relevant information.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs effectively.
- Provide customers with information about new features, promotional offers, and updates.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous service improvement efforts.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based or recurring services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
