We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have experience in managing customer subscriptions and inquiries.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding subscription services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription management, billing, and service offerings.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all relevant information.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs effectively.
  • Provide customers with information about new features, promotional offers, and updates.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous service improvement efforts.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based or recurring services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
