This role invites enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and technology to join a leading brand in the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, order processing, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions regarding electronic products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on the latest product launches and company policies to deliver informed support.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to learn about the company’s products and services.
