This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service and want to support Polish-speaking clients throughout their car rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to rental services.
- Assist customers during the rental process, guiding them in making reservations, selecting vehicles, and understanding rental agreements.
- Effectively resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues to ensure a smooth rental experience.
- Coordinate with rental locations to ensure vehicle availability and operational efficiency.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on rental policies, vehicle options, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or rental industry, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
