Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for an Online Retail Department. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and want to provide exemplary support to Spanish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their online shopping experience.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns.
  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with different teams within the organization to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to support continual improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of FAQs and help documentation to enhance the customer experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to manage difficult customer interactions effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with online retail platforms and a passion for the e-commerce sector.
