Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and financial services.
- Offer detailed information about financial products and services to help clients make informed decisions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in every customer interaction.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the financial industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
