Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding gaming products and esports services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, account management, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively to enhance user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with gaming trends, esports events, and product features to provide informed assistance.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the gaming or esports industry.
- Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of popular games and esports trends.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a customer-centric attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms.
