Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and understanding shipping policies.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with logistics teams and freight carriers to ensure seamless operation and communication.
- Educate customers on the range of logistics services and solutions offered.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service quality.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
