Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Online Bookstore Department

We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Bookstore Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about literature and enjoy providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding inquiries about books, orders, and account issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order placements, shipping details, and return policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and bookstore policies to provide informative assistance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to assist customers proactively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
