Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to platform usage, account management, job postings, and payment processes.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Educate clients about platform features, best practices for hiring or finding jobs, and relevant policies.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within technology or freelance industries, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
