- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform.

- Offer guidance and assistance in navigating the platform’s features and functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a customer support role, particularly in online platforms, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
