Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.

- Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively to ensure timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Familiarity with trucking or logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
