Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Assist users with questions related to the music streaming service, including account issues and functionality inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
- Educate customers on platform features and provide guidance to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support quality assurance and improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the user experience on the platform.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Passion for music and familiarity with music streaming services.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
