Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat interactions in Spanish.
  • Assist clients with hotel reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Handle inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and local hospitality trends.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and general hospitality operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
