Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for a Leading Domestic Appliances Company in Greece. As a customer service representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries, support them in resolving issues, and ensure a positive experience with the company’s products. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in Dutch by addressing inquiries related to domestic appliances and providing knowledgeable assistance.
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and ensure effective resolutions for customers.
  • Stay updated on product information and specifications to provide accurate guidance and advice to customers.
  • Communicate clearly through various channels, including email, phone, and chat, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, contributing to your professional growth.
  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred, particularly in consumer goods or domestic appliances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and provide tailored support.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage customer queries and follow-ups.
  • A basic understanding of domestic appliances is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
