Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
- Document and track all interactions and resolutions in the support ticket system.
- Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Educate clients on product features and provide best practices to enhance user experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
- Experience in technology or related sectors such as e-commerce or telecommunications is advantageous.
