Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients from a remote setting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique preferences and needs.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, showcasing detailed knowledge of the brand's luxury offerings.
• Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and luxury market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the remote team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or high-level customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer care.
