Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers seeking roadside assistance.
- Assess customer needs and efficiently coordinate the provision of assistance.
- Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients throughout the assistance process.
- Work closely with service providers to ensure rapid response and quality service delivery.
- Thoroughly document all customer interactions and service requests for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
- Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or support role.
