Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved effectively.
- Assist with order processing, issue resolution, and provide solutions to customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new environment.
