Located in Dearborn, MI, we are seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and inspire our team in delivering high-quality ABA services across homes, schools, and community settings. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and behavioral therapists to ensure clinical excellence.
  • Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism and intellectual disabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments, progress evaluations, and data analysis to ensure treatment efficacy and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaboration: Foster open communication with team members, clients, families, and stakeholders to build strong, supportive partnerships.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services align with ethical guidelines, relevant regulations, and company policies.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff.

Qualifications

    • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or higher overseeing clients from Wayne County/DWIHN
    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as BCBA with progressive management experience
    • Proven track record of successful program development and leadership within the ABA field.
    • In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in developmental disabilities and ABA therapy.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a client-centered focus.
