Deputy Manager - Business Development - UPI 3P Online

About the Team: 3P Online

To enable seamless payment on 3P Online merchants. This team is instrumental in growing the Paytm UPI penetration across 3P Online merchants through deeper engagement and growth initiatives with key merchant partners.


About the Role:

We are looking for a BD manager for accelerating the 3P Online merchant partnerships

 

Expectations/Requirements:

●       Expand the merchant pipeline and reach out to prospective partners to drive UPI growth campaigns on merchants    

●       Build strong relationship with key merchant partners to drive Paytm's objectives and identify newer growth avenues

●      Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to effective growth campaigns on merchants

●      Competition analysis on Online merchants including offers, UPI tab position on checkout page, ads visibility

●       End to end relationship management with 3P online merchants to drive UPI issuing growth

●      Should have ‌relevant‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ business development, ‌‌Growth‌, Partnerships.

       Exp should be in between 1-3 years

●      Must‌ ‌be‌ ‌strong in building and nurturing client relationships

●      High‌ ‌degree‌ ‌of‌ ‌ownership‌ ‌in‌ ‌taking‌ ‌things‌ ‌to‌ ‌completion‌ ‌

●      Ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌multitask‌ ‌and‌ ‌work‌ ‌on‌ ‌diverse‌ ‌range‌ ‌of‌ ‌requirements‌ ‌

●      Excellent‌ ‌communication‌ ‌skills‌ ‌with‌ ‌ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌handle‌ ‌complex‌ ‌negotiations‌ ‌

●      Prior‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ business development and partnerships is preferred

●    MBA from tier-1 institute is preferred
