As the AVP Marketing , you will build and optimize lifecycle email marketing programs and campaigns for our SAAS platform with the goal of increasing conversion, retention, upsell, and reducing churn.The Assistant VP Lifecycle Marketing will :Develop an overall lifecycle marketing strategy to engage and retain Pennymac customers with relevant, timely, and targeted communicationsLead the strategy and implementation for customer lifecycle marketing programs and activitiesExperiment with new technologies and leverage personalization to create a buyer’s journey that resonates with each customerMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving engagement, conversion, and retentionCollaborate with channel owners to execute campaigns and to identify and detail business requirements for new capabilities that will amplify the effect of lifecycle marketing effortsPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesWhat You’ll BringBachelor's degree with a focus on business or marketing discipline with 6+ years of work experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of work experienceExperience implementing and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferredAn execution oriented, hands-on marketer with great project management skillsWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
