If you’re passionate about retail and have a flair for merchandising, the Coordinator for the Merchandising Agile Service Team at Pilot Company in Emporia, Missouri, might be your ideal next step! This role is all about being the core on-site merchandise strategist for new store openings, remodels, and resets. You’ll get to train Travel Center General Managers and team members on merchandising programs that enhance our customers' experiences. You’ll validate merchandising plans, maintain inventory integrity, and act as the liaison across multiple departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your knack for organization and communication will shine as you direct vendors to execute merchandising programs seamlessly.
