Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies for growth in the healthcare market, focusing on user acquisition, community development, and brand engagement.
Community Building: Foster a thriving community of healthcare professionals, organizations, and partners, facilitating discussions, events, and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and connect with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including providers, organizations, and influencers.
Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with healthcare audiences, promoting our AI solutions and services.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and growth KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or business development within the healthcare sector.
Self-Motivated and Driven: A strong ability to work independently and motivate a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling to connect with diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Passion for Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for utilizing technology and AI to improve healthcare recruiting processes.
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
