Campaign Ops Associate (Canada)

Place Exchange is seeking a Campaign Operations Associate to join their fast-paced team and help transform the OOH channel to be truly programmatic. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, highly organized, and have a technical background in digital advertising.

Skills

Experience using data to solve problems
Customer service oriented approach
Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales and Client Success to prevent and resolve pre- and post-launch issues
Comprehensive handling of inbound requests
Leverage reporting to proactively monitor performance
Convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Contribute to processes and documentation on setup, validation, and troubleshooting campaigns
