Plots primary mission is to facilitate in person connections at events. Our app makes it easy for users to discover high quality local experiences and connect with other eventgoers near them.
Event hosts are given cutting edge tools to make an income off organizing events. We're constantly building new ways for people to connect and want to help more of our generation to get together in person.

The Role’s Mission

To drive user acquisition in your city/university using organic social content on TikTok and Instagram. Strengthening our brand and breaking into new communities with effective video concepts is your main priority. You'll be creating and editing videos daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and brainstorm new styles of content to attract users to the Plots app

  • Ideate on existing content frameworks to create effective content tailored to your geographical area.

  • Work with the Head of Social Media and Head of Events to promote upcoming Plots events with eye-catching video promo.

About you

  • 1 year of creating short form video content for either TikTok or Instagram.

  • Strong video editing skills with Capcut, Premiere, or another video editor of choice.

  • Ability to create native looking video content with a specific ICP in mind

  • Deep understanding of pop culture, and most importantly being up to date on the latest trends on social media

  • A results-oriented growth mindset and can-do attitude!
