Job Description:

Pluralsight’s Digital Success team is seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual contributor to help drive the growth and scalability of our organization. Reporting to the Sr Director of Digital Customer Success, this person will collaborate with leadership, operations, and data science teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in operations, data analysis, and cross-functional project collaboration to join our team!

Who you’re committed to being:

  • Support and lead key initiatives and programs aimed at evolving our Customer Success strategy, with a particular focus on balancing human-led and digital engagement efforts.
  • Help build and optimize digital workflows, ensuring that activities and timelines are well-defined and completed on time.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for digital initiatives and experiments.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with the alignment of Digital Success strategy and initiatives with key business partners.
  • Apply our tool stack to help the business build human-led and digital programs to increase retention and adoption of our platform including Gainsight & Pendo.
  • Partnering with team members on evolving the usage of the Gainsight platform across all CS teams
  • Collaborating with finance and operations teams on capacity modeling for our Scale segment.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations and task optimization within the team.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience with Digital Touch/Scale product growth and customer success operations.
  • Familiarity with customer success processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including interacting with leadership and other key team members.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years in SaaS Operations at a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $108,000- $120,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
