WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:  

Principals in the Strategy Practice are responsible for building the practice through client development, delivery oversight, managing strategy staff members and enriching our offerings.  You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and managing client relationships at a strategic level. This role involves setting the vision for projects, ensuring quality deliverables, and driving business development efforts. You will also play a role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and mentoring junior consultants. You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others and building strong relationships.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:    

You have a breadth of experience that spans a few of our practice focus areas, including growth strategy, go to market strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, business model innovation  

You have proven expertise leading strategy engagements in these focus areas and forming trusted advisor relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 and Mid-Market companies 

You are an expert in building, utilizing and drawing conclusions from analytical models and tools, including a high proficiency in the development of financial models to evaluate investment trade-offs decisions 

You are comfortable with conducting, analyzing and incorporating complex primary market research into strategy development 

You have experience shaping strategic observations and insights to the needs and communication style of senior executives in order to present clear and detailed expert advice and recommendations. 

You understand the landscape of emerging technology, tools and platforms and how it can enable growth strategy. 

You have demonstrated a track record of impactful leadership and contribution to strategy services sales/business development efforts in a professional services environment 

You have experience across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and / or financial services sectors 

You stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions. 

You build and maintain relationships with clients plus internal and external stakeholders  

Earned an MBA or equivalent, preferred 

10+ years experience in strategic consulting (or similar field) 

Demonstrated expertise in managing project teams 

Natural leader, coach, mentor, team-builder 

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively 

Ability to travel  

Ability to work from home

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 

The estimated salary range for this role is $166,500 - $303,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.  

 

Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
