We are seeking a Commercial Strategy Lead to join our Pricing & Revenue Management team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategic direction of our non-core fare revenue portfolio, leveraging in-depth analytics and Revenue Management expertise to maximise revenue opportunities. Working at the intersection of strategy and analytics, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including loyalty, sales, ancillary revenue, finance, and strategy—to ensure Revenue Management principles underpin all key business initiatives impacting fare revenue.
Reporting to the Manager of PRM Strategy, Transformation & Products, you will lead strategic initiatives that enable data-driven decisions and long-term growth across the Commercial function. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, as you will perform detailed modelling and industry performance reviews to deliver actionable recommendations for improvement and innovation. If you thrive on solving complex challenges, driving transformational change, and ensuring Revenue Management best practices are at the heart of every strategy, we want to hear from you.
