What you’ll do:
  • Execute a comprehensive data governance strategy, instilling confidence in our customers and partners regarding our data security and data privacy practices.
  • Draft and implement policies and procedures in adherence with compliance certification standards, including SOC2 and ISO.
  • Lead and oversee compliance programs including data deletion requests, third party risk management, and sales support.
  • Foster a culture of compliance across the organization and establish a strong relationship with engineering and InfoSec teams while balancing business objectives.
  • Lead AI regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks.


What you have:
  • 5+ years of technical compliance experience in Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance or equivalent roles within the technology industry.
  • Minimum 3 years experience performing compliance audits and assessments, driving audits (SOC2, ISO), and responding to vendor management requests.  
  • Technically oriented - knowledge of systems such as AWS, Drata, and KnowBe4
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive high-stakes initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate complex or challenging compliance concepts effectively at any level of the organization and to external partners and customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT/Fintech landscape.
