Operations Intern at POPCHEW  

What you’ll do

  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to surprise and delight customers

  • Identify and work to resolve customer pain points 

  • Answer and analyze customer support questions and help implement root cause solutions

  • Help manage on the ground operations as we scale
