Operations Intern at POPCHEW
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and implement solutions to surprise and delight customers
Identify and work to resolve customer pain points
Answer and analyze customer support questions and help implement root cause solutions
Help manage on the ground operations as we scale
Knowledge, skills, & abilities
