What you’ll do
Lead growth and marketing at Popchew, initially as an individual contributor managing external contractors as needed. You should be as comfortable creating and conveying a marketing strategy to leadership as you are implementing it
Own paid acquisition at Popchew, you will be responsible for the entire growth funnel from awareness to purchase, and then retention.
Create and iterate on marketing strategy
Build and execute collabs to monthly marketing campaigns that grow Popchew
Create and own lifecycle marketing
Think about how to create viral loops in the community
Knowledge, skills, & abilities
Have previously owned and built paid acquisition funnels with budgets in the hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars
A love for creative marketing and an eye for identifying/creating viral campaigns
Strong communication skills with an ability to advocate/convey your strategy to leadership
Collaborative approach which embodies Popchew’s culture and values
Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn’t
Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience
Experience leading or owning marketing in a previous role
Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company
