Web Designer Contractor

Who we are:

Are you passionate about helping busy small business owners enhance their online presence through a beautiful website? Are you confident in your design decisions, yet humble enough to accept and quickly process feedback from clients and team members? Are you motivated by a work environment that allows you to take ownership on projects, while contributing to a larger customer experience team? Three times yes? Sounds like we found a match!

What we need help with:

Popmenu is looking for an enthusiastic Web Designer who is equally passionate about creating captivating and effective web designs as they are about conveying a small business's story and brand to guests through its website.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

· Web Design: Our Web Designer fully owns executing detailed configuration of client websites primarily through controls in our own SaaS application but also through light HTML & CSS, particularly for enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for clear and concise communication with our onboarding team to take back to the client. You will be expected to achieve a design goal each month.

· Content Creation & Design: Some clients come to us with limited or no graphics, so it’s critical you can take our existing library or the client’s limited branding and adjust this to work for their site. Our Web Designer knows how to take these elements and build something beautiful without a lot of direction.

· Sharing Expertise: Our Web Designer will be responsible for contributing to our library of design ideas and is comfortable discussing design decisions with fellow team members, providing advice for other designers and supporting and stepping in as necessary to assist with requests or questions from fellow team members or contracted designers.
