About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping seamless, intuitive experiences across our suite of healthcare workforce solutions, helping to automate complex rota-building processes and drive real impact for healthcare teams using AI.

This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of product design, leveraging the latest AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping and UI development. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and users to craft thoughtful, elegant solutions that solve real problems—whether it’s refining workflows for NHS hospitals or creating intuitive interfaces that give clinicians more control over their schedules.

We’re looking for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. If you love solving complex design challenges, experimenting with new technologies, and want to be part of a team that’s redefining workforce management in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Own Lantum’s product design system for our mobile and web applications in Figma

About you - We’ll be looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a product design role
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final handoff
  • Experience using modern design tooling stack, including GenAI prototyping tools
  • Desire to learn, or experience of, front end development is a plus - including using GenAI code generation tools to build production-ready UI
  • Experience working in regulated industries (relevant healthcare experience preferred) and with AI products
  • Experience designing conversational AI user interfaces preferred
  • Experience of post-merger integration preferred
  • Excited to be the only designer at a dynamic tech startup, supported by established product and engineering teams
  • Thrives working in fast-paced environments with lots of change
