L'Oréal USA's American Brands - Professional Products DivisionLocation: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)L'Oréal USA's Professional Products Division is home to iconic professional beauty brands, including Redken, Matrix, Biolage, Pureology, Mizani, Pulp Riot, and L'Oréal Technique. Our internal Global Creative Team drives the brand storytelling and visual identity across all touchpoints.We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Senior Designer to support the visual identity and creative execution for Matrix and Pulp Riot. Reporting to the Brand Creative Lead, this role will play a key part in designing assets across digital, e-commerce, advertising, and in-salon environments. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with experience in premium beauty, wellness, or luxury brands.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Identity & Visual Execution- Help develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in logo usage, color palettes, typography, and imagery across all platforms.- Support the execution of brand campaigns, working within established creative frameworks to maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.Creative Asset Design & Development- Design a range of assets for social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, advertising, and in-salon marketing materials.- Assist in creating mood boards and design explorations for product launches, campaign development, and visual storytelling.- Support photoshoots and production, ensuring assets align with each brand's distinct visual identity.Collaboration & Workflow- Work closely with the Brand Creative Lead and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Sales) to deliver high-quality creative that meets business objectives.- Present design concepts and creative ideas to internal stakeholders with clear rationale.- Stay up to date on design trends in beauty, fashion, and digital innovation to bring fresh perspectives to the team.Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, brand identity, or digital asset creation, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or luxury industries.- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital design, and multi-channel marketing assets.- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.- Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Preferred Skills & Experience- Experience in professional salon, beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury brands.- Familiarity with generative AI tools for concepting and visual ideation.- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.- Understanding of print and digital production processes.
