Partner Enablement Specialist (REMOTE)

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Partner Enablement Specialist who is responsible for enabling PosiGen's partner network to grow through offering the PosiGen Lease. This role will provide the training, resources, and data to close sales, increase operational efficiency, and deliver long term customer value. It requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners as well as internal PosiGen teams across the business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new partners, including detailed overviews of products, program requirements, and Portal usage.
  • Create vision for comprehensive and effective training and reference materials for partners; through cross-departmental collaboration, facilitate alignment and execute with expediency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain an onboarding checklist to ensure all partners receive consistent information and training.
  • Develop and disseminate a Welcome Packet containing all essential sales materials, guides, and contact information to empower the Partner’s sales and operations teams.
  • Develop interactive tools and dashboards for partners to track their performance and identify areas for improvement, including periodically publish partner scoring and weekly success reports.
  • Continuously enhance and update sales tools and resources to boost partner sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Product development teams and other internal teams to identify market needs and shape the development of new products and features.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new enhancements, including partner briefings, marketing collateral, and targeted training sessions.
  • Engage partners with updates and training on new product offerings and portal functionalities to ensure maximum adoption and success.
  • Conduct targeted retraining sessions for partners on portal use, specifically addressing common user errors in deal submissions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish vision for workshops or webinars; organize and independently execute with precision and quality.
  • Understand customer pain points, synthesize into strategic priorities for solving, and create materials to address frequently asked questions about the program; ensure partners have a clear understanding of processes and requirements.
  • Implement a feedback system to identify areas where partners frequently encounter issues, using this data to tailor retraining efforts and update training materials accordingly.
  • Monitor deal submission patterns to proactively identify and address training needs, ensuring partners are well-equipped to use the portal effectively.

Education/Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales-related account management; B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of renewable energy experience; residential solar experience required; residential solar financing experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years with experience creating reports and conducting analysis.
  • Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy.
  • Background in managing product lifecycles, with a focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and product rollouts, ensuring successful market adoption.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training materials and user resources.
