Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Research and Acquisition teams to generate data-driven insights for hiring.
- Develop candidate personas and identify target companies for new and existing hubs.
- Plan and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders, providing market insights and recommendations.
- Build relationships with hub-based candidates for future talent needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
