MISSION


Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Account Executive pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente en pleine croissance. Rattaché(e) à l'un de nos Sales Manager, votre mission est de développer nos activités sur un périmètre mondial afin de créer une relation privilégiée avec nos clients. Vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille de comptes en vue de leur proposer des solutions pour les aider dans leurs enjeux commerciaux et stratégiques à travers le monde.


• Objectifs de vente : 500k€ à 1M€ la première année, 1M€ à 1,5M€ la 2ème année.

• Territoires ciblés : Monde entier 🌍

• Secteurs ciblés : Cabinets de conseil, Fonds d'investissement

• Interlocuteurs : C-Level

• Types de comptes : Hybride - Chasse et gestion d’un de nos top account existant, avec pour objectif de multiplier notre chiffre d’affaires par 2 ou 3 dans les prochaines années 



VOS RESPONSABILITÉS


• Établir une relation de confiance avec nos clients et prospects, et développer une stratégie pour créer des partenariats à long terme. 

• Gérer un ou plusieurs comptes d'entreprise et offrir un service client de qualité. 

• Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente jusqu'à la signature puis assurer la transmission à notre équipe Customer Success.

• Travail en binôme avec un(e) Business Development Representative dédié(e) qui traitera les leads entrants et fixera les premiers échanges téléphoniques. 

• Collaborer de manière efficace avec toutes les équipes internes impliquées dans le processus de vente et de livraison du produit au client (Sales Engineer, Sampling, Project Manager).

• Jouer un rôle clé dans la fidélisation des clients, des renouvellements, des ventes incitatives et de la satisfaction clients en concevant une stratégie solide et des plans d'action connexes. 

• Comprendre au mieux les objectifs des clients, les mesures de performance essentielles, et les surpasser.



LES QUALITÉS REQUISES


• Solide expérience en conseil en affaires, en stratégie et/ou en private equity (5 ans et plus)

• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

• Vous êtes ambitieux(se) et vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe en pleine croissance : nous grandissons vite et offrons de multiples opportunités d'évolution.

• Excellentes capacités de négociation, d'influence, de médiation et de gestion des conflits.

• Analytique, apte à définir, aligner et mettre à l'échelle rapidement l'approche de modélisation et de gestion des données avec les besoins du client.

• Rigoureux(se), persuasif(ve), communicant(e).

• Vous adaptez facilement votre style et votre message en fonction du public et des circonstances.

• Excellent(e) pour la communication impromptue lors de discussions complexes avec des C-levels

YOUR MISSION


We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Reporting to one of our Sales Manager, your mission is to develop our activities all around the world and create a strong relationship with our clients. You will be responsible for an account's portfolio and will have to offer them solutions to help them in their business and strategy stakes around the world.



• Sales targets: 500k€ to 1M€ for the first year, 1M€ to 1,5M€ in year 2.

• Territories targeted: Worldwide 🌍

• Industries targeted: Consulting firms, Investment funds

• Interlocutors: C-Level

• Type of accounts : Hunting and managing one of our existing top accounts, with the aim of multiplying our sales by 2 or 3 over the next few years 



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


• Establish a relationship of trust with our customers and prospects, and develop a strategy to create long-term partnerships.

• Manage and provide quality customer service to one or more corporate accounts

• Manage the entire sales cycle up to the closing and handover to our Customer Success team.

• Work as a pair with a dedicated Sales Development Representative who will handle incoming leads and set up initial phone calls.

• Collaborate effectively with all teams involved in the process of selling and delivering the product to the customer (Sales Engineer, Sampling, Project Manager).

• Play a key role in customer retention, renewals, upselling and customer satisfaction by devising a sound strategy and related action plans.

• Understand and exceed customer objectives and key performance metrics.


REQUIRED SKILLS


• Strong background in business, strategy consulting and/or private equity (5+ years)

• Proficient in English and French

• You are ambitious and you want to join a growing team: we grow fast and offer multiple opportunities to go to the next level.

• Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills.

• Analytical, adept at quickly defining, aligning, and scaling data modeling & management approach with the client needs.

• Articulate, persuasive, communicative. Commands the room, and handles executive and difficult audiences well. Readily adapts style and message appropriately to audience and circumstance.

• Excellent at impromptu communication during complex discussions
