Full Time, Permanent

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus + hybrid company car

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (some flexibility to work occasional weekends)

Territory: the Midlands

 

Working for Powerforce on our Haier team and working closely with the Haier internal training manager, you will represent the brands in consumer retail and at events. Our Retail Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for delivering interactive learner led training to retail staff face to face and via remote virtual training sessions. Other responsibilities include maintaining store standards across stores in the defined region conducting merchandising and ensuring products are compliant. You will be responsible for:

  • Provide interactive learner led training both face-to-face and via virtual training sessions for stores
  • Be an ‘Expert’ - in knowledge of Haier, Hoover, and Candy brands & products including category & market 
  • Motivating & engaging retail colleagues with the Haier brand and products with the objective of securing positive recommendation of our range and increased sales
  • Coverage of retail outlets and regional contacts and also Support on trade event and customer events

You will have:

  • A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
  • A passion for clever technology and ability to deliver/Adapt training for different learning styles to convey technical information
  • Experience in retail and training 
  • Excellent IT skills/ presentation power point , ability to read and deliver data results , communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver 
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas if needed (Ireland)
  • Flexibility to attend occasional weekend trade events or complete group training session (time back in lieu)
