Your Start at pplwise
In your first two weeks, you will have daily calls with your manager and team members to quickly become confident in working autonomously according to pplwise principles, frameworks, and methods while getting to know everyone. Typically, your onboarding will be partly internal and partly at a client where you will be deployed.
After your first two weeks at our client, you will have developed a solid understanding of their vision, strategy, and culture, as well as a deep comprehension of departmental goals and roles you'll be working on. Additionally, you’ll have built relationships with hiring managers and team members and conducted a delivery forecast in alignment with the pplwise method.
Once the two weeks are complete, you’ll begin delivering on your roles, whether as a Talent Partner managing full-cycle recruitment or as a Tech Sourcer building robust pipelines of exceptional candidates, reporting insights to key stakeholders, and proactively identifying and anticipating constraints.
The Challenge
Support startups, scale-ups, and publicly listed growth companies autonomously and responsibly in achieving their recruitment goals.
Work across multiple areas of recruitment, including full-cycle recruitment for tech roles and sourcing candidates to build pipelines for critical positions.
Be proactive and excellent in stakeholder management to fulfill our role as strategic partners, identifying constraints and solving them through communication and critical thinking.
Develop and implement recruiting forecasts and select appropriate channels and strategies with a solid understanding of urgency and backward planning.
Use sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches) to identify top talent in the market.
Generate insights from recruiting and sourcing data, optimizing strategies to improve delivery outcomes.
Manage tech roles end-to-end while prioritizing an excellent candidate experience.
Collaborate with the team by providing or receiving support for sourcing or delivery bottlenecks.
Your Profile
You have experience supporting scaling efforts in various tech startups and/or scale-ups; additional agency experience is a plus.
You understand the structure and challenges of tech organizations in different growth phases and can assist hiring managers in defining roles.
You are skilled in sourcing and talent identification, with a proven ability to find exceptional candidates for niche tech roles.
You make decisions based on data and facts.
Stakeholder satisfaction is your #1 priority.
You are ambitious and collaborative, traits that are core to our culture.
Excellent English skills for internal communication and international clients.
Huge advantage if you have German skills.
