What our Client is looking for on this Project

Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading technical projects for enterprise clients, specializing in company restructuring, organizational change, and process transformation. This role requires the ability to collaborate with organizational design consultants, change managers, and key stakeholders to drive seamless transitions. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with high emotional intelligence and strong influence skills, capable of ensuring business continuity, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment throughout medium to large-scale transformation initiatives.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Leads complex projects for enterprise clients, aligning project plans with company redesign and restructuring initiatives while ensuring stakeholder alignment across new business units.
  • Partners with change managers, organizational design consultants, and key stakeholders to drive smooth transitions, ensuring effective communication and adoption of new structures and processes
  • Utilizes MS Project for project planning and timeline tracking, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the redesign and restructuring process.
  • Works closely with leadership, HR, and operational teams to integrate new business units, align roles and responsibilities, and optimize workflows for long-term success.
  • Identifies potential operational challenges in the restructuring process, proactively developing solutions to maintain business continuity and achieve transformation goals.
  • Partner to define successful KPIs that allow business growth within each business unit, including the ability to implement them leveraging the appropriate data.

Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience leading technical projects, with a strong ability to develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project.
  • Proven track record of creating, implementing and managing full project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery within enterprise-level environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and effectively communicate technical project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects involving organizational change, process design, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Local to Waltham, MA or New England

Salary

$70 - $80hr W2 Contract or 1099 with insurance. No Corp to Corp

Location

Remote in the United States with 25% travel to the client site OR Local to Waltham, MA interested in 3 days a week hybrid.
