The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in overseeing all accounting activities across the company. This position is responsible for managing financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and support tax compliance. The Corporate Controller will collaborate closely with the CFO to drive financial & strategic planning, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company's growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and tax compliance.• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting with variance analysis.• Collaborate with the CFO on financial planning, and analysis.• Develop and enforce internal controls to protect company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.• Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and responses.• Drive process improvements to renovate and modernize accounting processes and procedures.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA Designation is a plus.• 7+ years of Accounting Experience preferred.• Experience with process improvement.• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements.• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required..• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
