Education Specialist

ProCare Therapy needs a passionate Education Specialist for a full-time contract position in Santa Barbara, CA. This role involves working with Elementary School students with Moderate/Severe disabilities. As our Education Specialist, you’ll craft and deliver engaging, individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to help each student reach their full potential. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment that fosters growth and success.Pay:• Ranges from $60,000-$80,000Benefits:• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.• Matching 401(K)• Funds for continuing education.• Relocation Assistance.Key Responsibilities:• Design and lead innovative IEPs with a focus on student strengths and needs.• Provide personalized instruction and adapt lessons to keep students excited and engaged.• Track student progress with enthusiasm, adjusting strategies as needed.• Team up with general education teachers and specialists to create a unified support system.• Keep detailed, accurate records of student achievements and goals.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s is a plus!).• Valid California Education Specialist teaching certification.• Hands-on experience with special needs students.How to Apply:Ready to make a big impact?
