About The Role

We're currently seeking a Growth Marketing & Community lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both the Web 2 and the blockchain space (crypto or Web3) ideating, developing, and executing ecosystem growth campaigns. In this role, you'll identify narrative opportunities and key partnerships to enhance our brand presence and drive impactful initiatives. You Will:

Content Development: Ideate compelling content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other material
Develop an understanding of the community and engage with ecosystem stakeholders and foster meaningful connections
Oversee and build digital marketing campaigns, implement marketing automation, monitor key metrics, and report on progress
Excellent copywriting skills (with or without AI)
Represent Prodia at industry events, serving as a key spokesperson for the platform’s technology and vision.
Develop Ecosystem Marketing Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to drive narratives within the ecosystem, including community, partners, and developers
LTV : CAC ratio - live it, love it, refine it, maximize it

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate effective strategies, and drive results in a complex and rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Strong understanding of full funnel and unit economic marketing metrics including LTV, CAC, and ROAS
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developers and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Proven experience leading and managing online communities
Deep understanding of Web3 and the developer/user landscape
Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy across various platforms (Twitter, Discord, etc.)
Willingness to travel for conferences, meetups, and other community engagement activities
