Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.Primary Responsibilities- Manage a GTM intake process, ensuring requests are properly submitted by stakeholders following up with cross-functional partners as needed- Drive creative requests forward, compiling, submitting, and managing communications for creative assets- Create email targeting to drive strategic communications to customers- Assist with responding to customer inquiries on product questions- Drive organizational improvements to improve cross-functional communications within the teamBasic Qualifications- 2+ years of marketing experience- Proficient, power user of Excel- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Experience working with/managing a creative teamPreferred Qualifications- Experience managing a reactive, ticket-based request system- Familiarity with Asana- Comfort with or exposure to basic data analytics- Experience building email templates for scaled marketing efforts- Experience drafting copy for scaled marketing effortsContract Length: 8 MonthsLocation: Seattle (In Person)Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hourAGS is an equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
