Program Manager III

Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a program manager whose primary role is a product owner. This position is located at the at the Unified Platform (UP) program office in San Antonio, TX.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret, with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret

CERTIFICATIONS: A relevant SAFe certification is preferred.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Experience in scaled agile environment
• Product owner experience
• Continuous development/continuous integration (CD/CI) experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent customer to projects
• Own the product vision
• Define features
• Decide release dates and content
• Prioritize product features according to market value
• Manage the product backlog ensuring it is accurate, up to date, prioritized, and sorted by value
• Ensure the team has a shared understanding of the backlog items
• Define acceptance criteria
• Provide the due dates for releases
• Attend planning meetings, reviews, and the retrospective
